As a certified appraiser, I know the true value of the goods I am selling and marketing. That means you can consign and shop with confidence. I prepare written USPAP compliant personal property appraisals for insurance, estate, donation and other purposes.

We also sell property for our clients online and we are authorized sellers with iGavel auctions. This grants our clients access to an established national auction venue far better than eBay for antiques, art and high end family heirlooms.

Expert Estates also does popular traditional tag sales at client’s homes.
